Fee Schedule

Fee must be paid by the prescribe dates.
Fee is charged in installments as given in fee card by cash/cheque/demand draft.
All dues are to be paid up to the 10th of every month.
School Fee is to be deposited in school 1th to 10th of every months. (timing 8:00 a:m to 1:00 p:m)
A fine of Rs.50/- will be charged in case of loss of Fee card.
Fee date 1th to 10th (Monday to Saturday)
11th to 12th of month on payment of late fee Rs. 100/-
If the fees is not deposited on last day of every month, late fee of Rs. 200/- be will charged.
New admission will give fees for 12 months. Conveyance at the time of admission.
Fees if not paid for three months. the students name would be stuck off.
If a child is withdrawn in the mid session ,minimum six months fee will be charged.
No exemption or deduction in fee will be made for holidays or for the absence.
The students will be not allowed to appear in the in the time test/examination and report card will not be show unless all the dues have been declared.
It is compulsory to bring the fee card at the time of depositing the fee.
All fee deposited once, will be non refundable.
A special concession of one mouth tuition fees will be given if the fees of the whole session deposited in the beginning of the session.

Regular attendance is an important condition for a good performance. a prior written application for leave must be submitted well in advance.
80% attendance is compulsory for the child to be eligible for appearing in the exams.
The name of the student who remains absent for 10 days without information shall be struck off the roll call for re-admission ,the re-admission fee will bee charged.
Every students must be present on the reopening days after vacation.
No students will be allowed to leave the school premiers during exam hours.
All requests regarding absence or late coming should be made in the school smooth exit for themselves proper discipline must be maintained throughout the school hours.
Each child is require to contribute ton their standard of the school by his/her conduct discipline, manners and commitment to studies and other school activities.
Student are expected to take part in games sports debates art competition ,collage competition, on the spot essay competition, G.K quiz , elocution competition ,science & craft exhibition , outdoor activities and other completions in extra curricular actives and other competitions in extra curricular activities organized by school from to time.

An application of admission must be submitted on the school prescribed from obtainable from the school.
Incomplete application will not be considered.
Its mandatory to submit the birth certificate of the child at the time of admission in pre-primary and Class 1 in case no school was attended previously.
T.C from the previous school is compulsory required.
No change in the date of birth will be made afterwards.
The principal reserve the right without specifying any reason whatsoever to accept/reject any application.

Career counselling is provide at regular intervals by specialized career counsellors.
Seminars and workshops for personally development are organized from time to time.
Science and mathematic Olympiad is done free of cost.
Regular remedial and doubt classes are held to help the students.
Home visit by the class teachers are done to discuss to students performance.
An opportunity to meet and interact with famous inspiring personalities.
Prizes, certificates, award are given to students for their achievements.
Logic booster classes are held from class 5th to 10th develop power of reasoning in the students.

To bring about the coordination between the parents and teachers regular teachers parents meeting are organize orientation program also organize to bring harmony between the parents and teachers. parents are request to keep themselves aware of their words progress.
Parents are request to check their words school diary everyday and ensure their work assigned is duly completed remarks should in diaries should also acknowledgement and countersigned regularly.
Parents should take proper note of all the curriculum and information sent to from time to time.
Parents to request to participate actively & regularly in all social activities.
No sick child to sent the school with the medicine to be taken during school hours.
Parents are request to inform the school immediately in case there is any charge in their address or phone number.
All applications are must be signed by the parents.
Parents are requested to acquaint themselves fully with the schools rules and regulations and abide by them they are further request to maintain a cordial behavior with all staff.
A student must be rusticated if desire cooptative is not extended by the parents.
The parents/guardians should comply with the rules and regulation laid by the school and co-operative with the school of the welfare of their children.

Students may be transferred one branch to another on request. (depending on the seat school details)
School must be punctual in reaching school the should attend let commers will not be allow in the class without the principals permission.
Students not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter the class.
Wearing jewellery is forbidden.
Nails should be trimmed.
The school does not take away responsibility for the loss of books watches money and so on.
Each child is responsible for his/her own belongings.
The child will not be allowed to leave w the school on any conditions during school hours.
Parents and other personal are not allowed to meet their children during school hours without the permission of the principal.
The principal is liable to rusticate a student whose conduct is not good.
When the assembly is over student shall go their class in an orderly manner.

LMPS offers comfortable and well -designed fleet of CNG vehicle for its students. All vehicles have a support staff to receive and drop the student at predefined different routes.
Parents are requested to avail school transport only.

Functions & activities provide opportunities to children to exhibition their talents. school organizes annual Functions, Teachers Day, children day, independence day, republic day worker day annual sport days annual art day & craft show, annual science exhibition according to the spirit and significance of the day.

The school gives topmost priority to the safety of the students. Entire campus including classroom is under CCTV surveillance LMPS security team. entry to the school is restricted and monitored.
